Since 2004,Three Mountains Brewery situated west of Whangarei NZ, has strived to perfect seasonally brewed beer. We are a tiny Farmhouse Brewery. With each batch being only 130 litres we are one
of, if not, the smallest legal brewery in New Zealand. ( think of an ant compared to a boot ). During the winter we brew only our Pilsner and Lagered Ale. Come spring our Stout and Wheat beer are on the move. In our hot Northland summer we brew our high temp
Abbey Ale, Farmhouse Ale and French Saison. Autumn is a time to cool down and sneak in a couple more stouts and Wheats before the chill sets in. Gaining our Brewing Licence in 2013 we are now able to supply local retailers. All our bottled beer
is conditioned on yeast. We believe if your'e using some of the best yeasts in the world ( Wyeast ), then why not drink a toast to them. They are beautiful little creatures.
